With extensive technical and superannuation experience, Nathan is a seasoned leader who has held executive level technology positions for more than a decade. His prior role saw him managing a team of nearly 100 people responsible for the technical component of Mercer’s administration business. Nathan has delivered technical services to numerous prominent superannuation funds, ensuring seamless end to end operations, complex migrations and upgrades to technology and infrastructure and access to data and services as needed. Nathan brings a clear vision and deep knowledge for how technology can enable transformation across complex organisations.
At Novigi, Nathan leads the Group Technology function, driving the overall technology vision and execution. He oversees the design, delivery, and governance of technology strategies that enable both Novigi and its clients to achieve their objectives. Gemma Zec, Head of Enterprise Customer Platforms, Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC)

Gemma Zec is a senior transformation and technology leader with extensive experience driving large scale organisational change in the superannuation sector. She currently serves as Head of Enterprise Customer Platforms at the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC), where she oversees critical customer platform applications, delivers major transformation, and leads continuous improvement initiatives that enhance services for more than 250,000 members and 750,000 pensioners, including current and former public servants and military personnel.
With a career spanning strategic transformation, technology modernisation, and customer experience innovation, Gemma’s approach—shaped by her early career in operations and customer service—integrates change across people, process, technology, and data to deliver measurable value. She is passionate about workforce transformation, change leadership, and guiding organisations through the human side of change to fully realise the benefits of innovation.
Gemma recently completed the MIT Sloan Executive Education program – Leading the AI Driven Organization, gaining cutting edge insights into embedding artificial intelligence into organisational decision making and operations. This program provided deep knowledge of the technical, ethical, and leadership dimensions of AI strategy—insights she will now apply to help CSC make informed decisions in a rapidly evolving digital environment.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), along with qualifications in Business Architecture, Public Relations, and Change Management.
