Greg Bright Scholarship for Excellence in Member Communications

The Greg Bright Scholarship for Excellence in Member Communications honours Greg Bright's significant contribution to the industry and his dedication to nurturing emerging talent, especially those that strive to improve how the industry communicates with members. It was Greg's vision to unite fund executives for collaboration and sharing that led to the founding of FEAL in 1999.

About the scholarship

The scholarship enables an emerging leader who is working in a member engagement, member benefits, product development, administration, insurance, financial advice or education role within a FEAL member fund/organisation to attend the Emerging Leaders Program at Melbourne Business School.   This 5-day residential program provides the opportunity to study with a group of peers from across the industry and includes sessions on leadership, innovation & change, people management, strategy, marketing, finance, project management and navigating uncertain futures, taught by some of MBS’s senior faculty.   The scholarship winner will also have the opportunity to speak about member communications at a FEAL event.
