FEAL | Women in Super LevelUp Scholarships
FEAL is proud to partner with Women in Super and Future IM/Pact to offer three scholarships for the 2026 LevelUP Program.
LevelUP combines profiling, in-person workshops, one-on-one coaching, peer learning, and access to some of Australia’s most senior investment industry mentors.
Applications opened on 25 May and close at 5.00pm (AEST) on Friday 26 June 2026. Successful candidates will be notified on 6 July 2026.

Eligibility
To be eligible to apply, you must meet all of the following minimum selection criteria:
Be employed by a FEAL member fund or organisation or otherwise an individual member of FEAL
Be a member of Women in Super
Be working in a superannuation investment team as senior analyst, assistant portfolio manager or similar level. Individuals in close adjacent roles such trading, investment operations, investment risk, ESG are also eligible and encouraged to apply
Have six or more years of investing experience (or in a closely adjacent role)
Demonstrate readiness and ambition to progress into a senior decision-making role within the next three to five years
Have endorsement from your CIO or senior sponsoring leader
Be available to attend all three full-day workshops in Sydney (2 September, 14 October and 25 November 2026) and be able to meet the cost of any associated travel and accommodation
Inclusions and obligations
The scholarship covers full program participation, valued at $5,900 + GST. This includes:
Three full-day in-person workshops in Sydney
Three networking evenings with senior investment industry mentors
Three one-on-one coaching sessions with program facilitator, Yolanda Beattie
Enneagram personality profiling and individual debrief
Comprehensive workbooks and leadership development tools
Leadership buy-in for your participation, reinforced by monthly check-ins
The successful candidates must commit to attend all three workshops, meeting any associated travel and accommodation costs, and complete all program components, including between-workshop activities (coaching sessions, reflection exercises and check-ins with their sponsoring leader).
Recipients will be invited to share their scholarship experience and may be asked to speak at FEAL, Women in Super and/or Future IM/Pact events.
What is the selection panel looking for?
The selection panel is looking for concise, relevant and informative responses to the questions posed in the application form. In a two or three paragraph response provide a strong ‘business case’ as to why you should receive a scholarship this year. Consider how the content of the LevelUP Program would assist you in meeting your professional and career goals, or in achieving specific KPIs. Try to be clear and direct and help the selection panel understand how the scholarship opportunity would be helpful to you.

Applications received after the specified deadline will not be considered
The decision of the selection panel is final and no subsequent correspondence will be entered into
The FEAL | Women in Super Level Up Scholarships are open to FEAL members, who are also members of Women in Super, only
Applicants must be employed with their fund at the time of the Scholarship
Successful applicants may be called upon to deliver a report to FEAL, Women in Super and/or Future IM/Pact members
FEAL Directors are not eligible to apply
