The rapidly changing landscape of the superannuation fund industry renders an opportunity for emerging leaders to be exposed to the contemporary tools and frameworks that will help you navigate the industry. The Emerging Leaders Program is a 5-day program which will encompass:

Navigating Uncertain Futures
The program is designed to provide senior managers who aspire to be a future fund executive the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, taught by some of MBS’s senior faculty.

How do I Enrol?
Enrolments for the 2024 Emerging Leaders Program have closed.
To enrol in the Emerging Leaders Program click on the ‘Enrol Now’ tab to download an enrolment form and save it to your desktop (writable pdf). Return the completed enrolment form, including a copy of your resume via email to katrina.bacon@feal.asn.au Cc renee.villasanti@feal.asn.au.

Eligibility
This program is suitable for senior managers (e.g. the level below the executive level or other high performers) who aspire to be a future fund executive and are looking to develop their leadership skills.
KEY DATES TO REMEMBER
Enrolments opened 20th December 2023 and closed 29th March 2024.
Cost
$9,625 (inc. GST) per participant (includes accommodation and meals).
SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY
