Testimonials from our Members
From derivatives to downturned markets, from infrastructure to income protection insurance, from portfolio construction to constructing sound in-house governance teams and from emerging markets to emerging superannuation leaders, FEAL has been pivotal in providing relevant and timely education for fund executives since its inception nearly 20 years ago. Building on its early ethos of a member centric professional development model, FEAL has expanded its mandate to the scholarship programs in conjunction with the Melbourne Business School and the London School of Economics. These scholarships provide invaluable educational paths to both emerging and current leaders in the superannuation industry. FEAL's educational forums enable superannuation executives to be exposed to other experts in the financial sector while allowing for networking and strong collegial relationships to develop within the superannuation industry. Long live FEAL!
As someone who is currently undertaking the FEAL/MBS Masters program, and a regular attendee at FEAL events, I cannot speak highly enough of the job that Joanna and the team do. There is no shortage of associations and events targeting our industry, however FEAL consistently delivers content, forums and leadership development opportunities that are a cut above the rest. In order for our industry to thrive through the significant change we are experiencing, an ongoing focus on professional development is critical. Further, having forums whereby we can share common challenges and opportunities for the betterment of our industry and members alike is equally important. FEAL fulfils both these needs, and the addition of study scholarships further amplifies the FEAL focus on improving the quality of leaders in our industry.
