Embedding AI into the Workplace: From Concept to Capability and Culture
As artificial intelligence reshapes the global workplace, its integration must go beyond technology—it is a leadership and cultural imperative across organisations. This session explores how executives can embed AI into the DNA of their business, not as a tool for technologists, but as a strategic lever for productivity, innovation, and competitive advantage.
Key themes include:
The rise of “frontier firms” with intelligence on tap
Leadership in a world of humans and AI agents
Organisational readiness: practically balancing urgency with capability.
The evolving employee experience: turning perspectives beyond job losses towards the growing skills gap.
Strategic investment in AI: beyond cost-out, toward long-term value creation.
