October Luncheon Briefing

Strategies to improve members' experiences and enhance compliance

Whilst we’re all trying to improve member experience, how do we increase member satisfaction whilst also providing better transparency, real-time reporting, and visibility? How can we ensure we have the data and control to ensure we are staying compliant? And how do we gain insights into existing data to reduce risk? How do we maintain experience through mergers and acquisitions?

FEAL members joined John Almeida, Global Head of Wealth & Asset Management Solutions, ServiceNow and Jeremy Hubbard, Chief Technology and Data Officer, Rest Superannuation to discuss how technology such as automation, workflows and GenAI can be an enabler of risk reduction, increased member satisfaction, streamline claims and complaints management, and ultimately drive sustainable growth at your super fund. At the Melbourne lunch John and Jeremy were joined by Georgie Obst, General Manager - Digital, HESTA.
