MBS Lunchtime Masterclass Series
FEAL’s formal education partner, the Melbourne Business School, runs a series of lunchtime online masterclasses to allow FEAL members to access leadership insights in short, one hour sessions led by MBS academics.
From Potential to Power: The Real Leadership Journey
This 60-minute interactive masterclass explores a contemporary perspective on leadership, examining the typical leadership journey and what organisations need from leaders as they grow from aspiring talent to senior executives. Participants will explore different models of effective leadership, the evolving expectations placed on leaders at each stage of their careers, and how organisations can better develop leadership capability for long-term impact.
The purpose of the Short Course Masterclass Series is to generate leads and build awareness of the Short Course portfolio. Each session is highly applicable, engaging, and designed to leave attendees wanting more.
