What our members say

FEAL has been pivotal in providing relevant and timely education for fund executives since its inception nearly 20 years ago. Building on its early ethos of a member-centric professional development model, FEAL has expanded its mandate to the scholarship programs in conjunction with the Melbourne Business School and the London School of economics. These scholarships provide invaluable educational paths to both emerging and current leaders in the superannuation industry. FEAL’s educational forums enable superannuation executives to be exposed to other experts in the financial sector while allowing for networking and strong collegial relationships to develop within the superannuation industry. Long live FEAL!
— Bernard O'Connor, NGS Super
Australia’s super system is world leading and FEAL plays a pivotal role in ensuring the sector has skilled and innovative leaders. The decisions super funds take today can make a huge difference to people’s lives thirty or forty years down the track. As our sector continues to grow with new scale, new opportunities and new technology, FEAL is helping our leaders, and especially our emerging leaders, make the most of the changing landscape.
