When intelligence becomes abundant, what becomes more valuable about you?
Engaging members in ways that are relevant, timely and genuinely supportive remains one of the most important, and challenging, priorities for superannuation leaders today.
Forget the fund for 90 minutes. What does AI mean for you personally as a senior leader?
Most AI conversations focus on the organisation: strategy, productivity, technology, workforce and governance. This session turns the lens onto the executive.
AI is becoming more than a productivity tool. It can analyse, synthesise, challenge assumptions, reason and increasingly act. As intelligence becomes more abundant, the source of executive advantage starts to shift.
Through provocative live demonstrations and practical examples, this session will explore what that means for senior leaders: how AI can sharpen thinking, challenge assumptions and improve decision-making and where leaders should draw the line.
As AI can do more, what becomes more valuable is what only you can bring.
Participants will leave with a clearer view of where to delegate to AI, where to work alongside it and where distinctly human judgement matters most plus three actions to apply immediately.
Discussion themes:
The changing executive advantage: what becomes more valuable as intelligence becomes abundant
Better use of AI: using the latest AI capabilities to challenge assumptions, expose blind spots and improve decisions
The leadership line: what to delegate, what to augment and what never to outsource
What remains human: judgement, context, courage, relationships and accountability
