ABOUT THE LECTURER:
Keegan is an experienced presenter, facilitator and coach, and the author of Team Up, a book on deliberate approaches to team performance. He is a key facilitator on the New Leader Development Program at Melbourne Business School. With nearly two decades of experience across Australia and New Zealand, spanning small business, government, not-for-profit, education and large corporates, he brings a deep understanding of leadership, teams and performance to his programs. Passionate about elevating individuals and teams, Keegan is highly regarded for his engaging, interactive delivery style and evidence-based approach that drives sustained performance outcomes. An active member of the Association for Coaching and the Australian Human Resources Institute, he has partnered with organisations including KPMG, The ICONIC, Westpac, Suncorp, Sydney Metro, Red Energy, the Green Building Council of Australia, and the AFL.
