Digital Innovation and Data
Future of Finance – what to expect from digital transformation

BNP Paribas Securities Services, in conjunction with EY, were delighted to partner with FEAL to discuss how digital transformation is recalibrating client expectations and shaping new business models.

Our industry has entered a period of unprecedented change. New disruptive technologies and actors are dramatically changing the traditional world as we know it. Data, artificial intelligence and blockchain are changing the nature of strategic forecasting, decision making and the work place itself. In turn, these technologies are likely to impact you, your Funds and your members, requiring market participants to adapt by rethinking business models and redesigning organisations to evolve.

Brenden Savage and Rene Borghgraef from EY’s Financial Services Advisory practice examined the six enabling digital technologies and how they are disrupting the whole value chain. They also presented industry application examples of how Robotics Process Automation, Internet of Things and Blockchain are impacting today’s corporate and superannuation fund industry.

Nicolas Le Clech – Head of Product and Transformation, BNP Paribas Securities Services, introduced the BNP Paribas experience with Innovation & Digital, and presented actual use cases that provide tangible outcomes for the industry.
