‘Super in the age of the customer – insights from other industries’.

Super funds have always placed the customer (or member) at the centre of their approach to all that they do. As this strategic focus becomes more intense we see what we can learn about a “Customer Centric” approach from other industries. Mark Hassell, Partner – Customer, Brand and Marketing Advisory at KPMG, will provide us with insights from his experience on this topic at the first FEAL luncheon for 2018.

Mark Hassell recently joined KPMG Australia as a partner, leading customer and brand transformation for the firm’s newly established Customer, Brand and Marketing advisory business. Mark previously was Virgin’s Chief Customer Officer and has worked at British Airways and Qantas.
