Cancellations received in writing up to one month prior to the event will incur a 30% administration fee. No refund will be given for cancellations received after this date. Registered delegates who are unable to attend are welcome to send a substitute so long as notice is provided in advance.
FEAL Luncheon Presentations:
All cancellations must be requested in writing. Cancellations for FEAL luncheon presentations must be received five business days before event to receive a refund. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged the full price. Registered delegates who are unable to attend the event are welcome to send a substitute so long as notice is provided in advance of the event.
