Cancellations recieved in writing by 1 July 2010 will incur a 30% administration fee. No refund will be given for cancellations received after 1 July. Registered delegates who are unable to attend the event are welcome to send a substitute so long as notice is provided in advance of the event.
FEAL Luncheon Presentations:
All cancellations must be requested in writing. Cancellations for FEAL luncheon presentations must be received five business days before event to receive a refund. No-show's and late cancellations will be charged the full price. Registered delegates who are unable to attend the event are welcome to send a substitute so long as notice is provided in advance of the event.

When making payments through our online facility your financial details are passed directly to the ANZ Bank. This information is encrypted to ensure your personal details are kept safe. FEAL is only able to identify the last four digits of the card number and this information will only be used as a reference point for administration purposes. Please note your credit card details are not stored by FEAL.
