CIMA Scholarship

Presented in partnership with Fidelity International
Congratulations to Freddy Bartlett, Chief Investment Officer from the Motor Accident Commission of South Australia. He is the 2011 recipient of the FEAL CIMA Scholarship.

CIMA is an internationally recognised, five-day intensive accreditation Program, run by the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) australia. Presented in two parts - Level 1: Independent study and Level 2: a 5 day residential course (running in Sydney from Sunday 18 to Friday 23 September)

A short but intensive Program, CIMA covers valuable issues for fund executives, particularly investment specialists who deal directly with asset consultants. It incorporates elements such as performance measurement and attribution, investment policy, asset allocation, risk management, due diligence and manager selection and international financial markets and diversification.

Presented in partnership with Fidelity International this Scholarship covers the cost of tuition and accommodation in Sydney for CIMA Level 2.

"Opportunities such as this are few and far-between so many thanks to FEAL, Fidelity and IMCA for making this Scholarship possible. Participating in the CIMA Program, (which is one of the more globally recognised and relevant courses available) will assist me as an industry professional, providing me with a greater understanding of the critical aspects of investment theory and practice. It is going to be a challenge but it is one that I am looking forward to”

Freddy Bartlett
Chief Investment Officer, Motor Accident Commission of South Australia
