Over the past 14 years Michael has built a career in business and sponsorship management in roles spanning both the public and corporate sectors.  In 1997, Michael entered the superannuation industry as Events and Sponsorship at ASFA. He later moved to the Powerhouse Museum establishing its corporate membership program and managing sponsorship for a series of Olympic exhibitions in 2000. The following year, Michael returned to super to take up his current role at FEAL. Michael also advises the United Nations refugee agency, Australia for UNHCR, on their sponsorship and fundraising initiatives and is currently completing a Masters Degree at UNSW.

Kelly Holcroft - Project Officer

Joining FEAL in late 2007, Kelly has a degree in education and over 10 years experience in public relations, event management and marketing. Previously, Kelly worked at The Fred Hollows Foundation to coordinate events and implement the organisation's community engagement program. She's also managed a diverse range of projects in the local government arena including the Olympic and Paralympic campaign for Bankstown City Council. 

Pauline joined FEAL in April, 2007 following an extensive career in the financial services industry including Carlton Investments and Calliden.  Having over 20 years experience working with senior executives she has gained administrative skills in portfolio management, company reporting, accounting  and events coordination.
