CIMA was a fantastic opportunity to undertake an intense but ultimately very rewarding learning experience. The first part of the Program covered investment theory. This was followed by a week long study 'retreat', which combined investment academia with practical application. Expect to be challenged: Long days, great course material, high quality presenters with real world experience, in a collegiate environment. I would highly recommend CIMA course to any superannuation executive. |

The course was highly correlated with my day to day tasks, but also brought me back to basics so that I could have a clear understanding of the concepts of finance that I may not use every day but certainly know about. CIMA was a challenging and stimulating 5 day Program ~ without the day-to-day distractions. The course is well-structured, covering broad aspects of fund governance and policy setting, together with specific focus on asset class strategy. It added perspective and insight to my role.
