2010: Tim Macready, Christian Super
I can certainly recommend the CIMA program to any superannuation executive who wishes to develop a more extensive understanding of the theory and practice of Investment Management as they seek to enhance retirement outcomes for their members. I'd like to thank FEAL and IMCA australia for their effort in putting together and delivering a valuable course.

2009: Matthew Griffiths, ESI Super
CIMA was a fantastic opportunity to undertake an intense but ultimately very rewarding learning experience. The first part of the Program covered investment theory. This was followed by a week long study 'retreat', which combined investment academia with practical application. Expect to be challenged: Long days, great course material, high quality presenters with real world experience, in a collegiate environment. I would highly recommend CIMA course to any superannuation executive. |

2008: Sue Knowles, Military Super
The CIMA Program was extraordinarily tough and exhilarating at the same time. The course was highly correlated with my day to day tasks, but also brought me back to basics so that I could have a clear understanding of the concepts of finance that I may not use every day but certainly know about. The course was very intense and learning was not an option, it was a given. Thank you to FEAL for offering such a career rewarding enhancement.

2008: Greg Nolan, CARESUPER
The CIMA Program is an incredibly valuable opportunity to learn and absorb an extraordinary amount of knowledge in a focussed week away from daily distractions. It is both extremely challenging and intense, but does give you the opportunity to cover a range of topics that would otherwise take months. In addition to the knowledge gained, the course does give the opportunity to build working relationships with peers in the industry which can only be of assistance in the future. |

2007: Paul Coenraads, AUSCOAL Super
I found the CIMA Program to be intense and challenging. It was a great outcome to cover the breadth of materials that we did in such a relatively short period of time. Overall the Program content was fantastically aligned to what I do from day to day in managing a multi-manager portfolio including governance and policy issues.

2006: Michael Block, FuturePlus
The CIMA Program is an intensive and extraordinarily demanding 5 day experience. I’m eternally grateful to FEAL, IMCA australia and Tyndall for the opportunity to hear from so many industry experts and learn in a collegiate atmosphere among my peers. The CIMA Program is a useful and welcome addition to the tools I use everyday in managing a $10 billion insurance fund.

2005: Sharon Hicks, GESB
CIMA was a challenging and stimulating 5 day Program ~ without the day-to-day distractions. The course is well-structured, covering broad aspects of fund governance and policy setting, together with specific focus on asset class strategy. It added perspective and insight to my role. In addition to this, CIMA provides the opportunity to interact and engage with peers from different areas within the investment and superannuation industry.

2004: Chris Engelhardt, Sisters of Mercy Staff Superannuation Scheme
The CIMA Program lived up to its reputation; it was educational, informative, interesting and demanding. It enabled me to further develop my understanding on a range of investment concepts and applications that I am exposed to in my current role. From discussions throughout the program, I will recommend several updates to our fund investment structures. |
